They called these elements Pancha-Tattva:
Prithvi (Earth) • Jal (Water) • Agni (Fire) • Vayu (Air) • Akash (Ether)
When these elements exist in harmony, prāna (life force) flows freely, creating sustained vitality, mental clarity, and holistic wellness.
This wasn't pseudoscience—it was sophisticated observation of how natural systems work. And modern research is finally catching up.
